The Telecommunications Scheme has been replaced by the eircom Price List and the eircom General Terms & Conditions, which are published in accordance with eircom's General Authorisation to provide electronic communications networks and services.
In presenting tariff information eircom is required to adhere to the principles set out in the ComReg Code for Tariff Presentation. This Code requires the presentation of accurate & comprehensive tariff information that is accessible to the consumer. eircom complies with the Code, a full copy of which can be accessed on the ComReg website www.comreg.ie.
